Real Estate Photography Availability 7 days a week by appointment Photos will be edited and ready for the mls and print. Sent through dropbox or uploaded to your ftp site. FULL PROPERTY PHOTOSHOOT: Includes 25-30 high and low resolution photos of the properties best features. South Orange County areas. Between the hours of 7am and sunset. Basic shoots take about 45-90 minutes. $200.00 Twilight photos can be added to your day time shoot and scheduled for a later time the same day or another day. Twilight shoots take 1-2 hours because waiting for the right light and sky color is important. Twilight photos can be taken of any of the homes special features or the whole home can be shot at that time if requested. PARTIAL PROPERTY PHOTOSHOOT: Includes 12 high and low resolution photos of the properties highlights. South Orange County areas. Between the hours of 7am and sunset. Art, photography and design have been lifelong passions for me. I hope to share my excitement and love of all things artistic through my work.
I earned a BFA in Visual Communication Design and a BFA in Media Arts from University of Hartford. I have been working as an independent Graphic Designer and Photographer since 2003.
I have experience with many different types of design projects including: product development: creating new products from sketches and ideas to patent drawings or 3d mock ups. Logos and identity systems, marketing ads, packaging, displays, brochures, promo items and more.
Fascinated by the pages of dream homes magazine, I began doing real estate photography in 2007. I was able to build a list of great clients from referrals. I love showcasing homes and capturing them in their best light.
Portrait photography is the very reason I began shooting. Working in my darkroom in highschool I fell in love the photographing people. I was able to work in 2 portrait studios but really like to focus on shooting outdoor portraits. Especially engagements, babies, kids and maternity portraits
